LOGLINE

The heiress to a fishing empire joins her journalist boyfriend to uncover her family's past on a remote Scottish island, but the cameras meant to expose the truth instead capture terror, sacrifice, and a presence bound in blood.

SYNOPSIS

Cora Glenhelm, the reluctant heiress to the Glenhelm Seafood Company, returns to the abandoned island of Cralaig accompanied by her partner, investigative journalist Fraser Gunn. What begins as a documentary about a forgotten fishing community quickly unravels into something older, colder, and far less willing to be filmed.

Through recovered handheld tapes, security footage and personal devices, the audience pieces together the final days of the expedition. The footage in this file is presented in the order the Ministry believes it was captured. Gaps remain. Some cannot be explained.
